Natalie Henley

CEO & Owner

Natalie is a widely acclaimed speaker, trainer, and consultant & she has been doing Digital Marketing since 2009. As the driving force behind Volume Nine, Natalie is pretty hands-on, leading operations and crafting personalized strategies for our clients.

As the CEO of Volume Nine, Natalie is responsible for ensuring we continually deliver a high-quality, innovative service that drives results for our clients. She also ensures that the company remains an awesome workplace for our employees. Back in the day, Natalie cut her teeth in marketing on the market research/communications side of the house at Edelman PR, where she worked on campaigns for Fortune 50 companies. Then, in 2009, Natalie got into this crazy field called “digital marketing,” and she’s never looked back.

For more than a decade, Natalie has led us through a ton of growth. When she isn’t doing CEO-type stuff here, she shares insights and ideas with the community.  She was named one of CObiz’s Top Young Professionals in 2016, and she’s taken the stage at conferences like SES, Digital Growth Unleashed, Vistage International, ClickZ, and other top industry summits.

Originally from Raleigh, North Carolina, Natalie is a die-hard Tarheel fan and has never quite gotten the hang of driving in the snow. Graduating during the recession taught her firsthand the value of hard work, resilience, and the importance of showing up and providing value daily. When she’s not running around trying to slap the V9 logo on everything, you might find Natalie boardgaming, hanging with her backyard BBQ crew, water skiing (which she’s not great at), and traveling anywhere her young daughter approves of (read: must have a pool). She also enjoys hiking with her husband, daughter, and golden retriever named Dudley.
