Daniela Perna, our Social Media Specialist,  was born in Cartagena, Colombia and brings the warmth of her Caribbean roots into everything she does. With a deep passion for creativity and strategy, Daniela specializes in crafting dynamic social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.

Daniela received her degree in Business Administration from CESA, one of Colombia’s top business schools, where she developed a strong foundation in marketing and business strategy.

At Volume Nine, Daniela leads our social media strategy efforts, monthly briefs, and graphic design initiatives. She has successfully contributed to the digital growth of brands like Charlie’s Soap, Access Medical Labs (AML), American Garage Door, Fluid 22, Insomniac Design, and HiCO—helping them refine their online presence and connect meaningfully with their audiences. Her previous experience includes working with Turing School of Software & Design and Whitcomb Selinsky PC Law Attorneys, where she developed and executed high-impact social strategies.

Beyond her role at V9, Daniela is also the founder of Archipiélago The Label, a clothing brand she built from the ground up. She applies her marketing expertise daily to expand her brand’s presence, blending her entrepreneurial spirit with her love for social media strategy.

If you could learn any skill, what would it be?
Italian. My grandfather was from Italy, and I would love to be fluent in it. I’m using Duolingo as a starting point.

What is the best book you’ve read so far this year?
The Psychology of Money

What is your favorite thing to cook?
Anything breakfast/brunch. I love to make healthy pancakes and French toast. Lunch, I must confess, I’m not a fan of.
